SERVICES AND PRICING
Your Estimated Cost Will Include:
- Original design or redesigned layout
- Scanning and editing of images
- Logo design or conversion
- Custom graphics
- Custom photography (digital or film)
- Forms / CGI Scripting or other programming
- Registration with search engines
- Six (6) months or 24 hours site maintenance
- Six (6) months statistic tracking (optional)
- Domain Registration (if needed)
- One year of domain hosting (optional)
- 24/7 Hotline for emergency service
- All text content is expected to be provided by client in digital format. Extra charges will apply for copy writing.
- Estimates based on $45 per/hour for services above, and additional requested services, software or applications.
- Estimates must be approved PRIOR to design work. All work is contracted, and DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your initial 1 hour consultation for a new web site is FREE . Additional consultations prior to the signing of a contract or evaluation of existing sites will be billed at a rate of $45.00 p/hour. Visa, MasterCard and American Express gladly accepted for all services.

PAYMENT TERMS & MAINTENANCE POLICIES:
• A signed contract and 50% deposit is required for new web site design. Balance due on contract and any additional costs must be paid in full before web site is rendered active and search engine registrations will be completed.
• Web site statistic tracking included in new contracts will be provided only upon request, and only for six months. After that time you will be responsible for any subscription rates on the service.
• Requests for updates or changes must be submitted in writing by email or attachment to email (.doc, .pdf, .txt, .rtf). Urgent requests may be phoned in, but please follow your call up with a written request.
• Maintenance requests will be completed within 2 business days of request. Changes requiring more than 4 hours to complete are exempt.
• Deposits are required for extended updates or upgrades. Deposits are based on time estimated for work, plus any past due balances.
• All accounts must be paid in full before new work is started.
Contracted maintenance will have priority over non-contracted work. Requests for changes and updates not under contract will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
• Billing for updates and changes will be at the currently hourly rate ($45.00 p/hr as of JANUARY 1, 2008) With a MINIMUM CHARGE OF $15.00.
• Changes or updates specifically requested to be made before/ after business hours, on weekends or holidays will be billed at $65 per hour.
• Invoices will be emailed upon completion of work.
• Payment for services rendered is due UPON COMPLETION.
• Late or non-payment of charges will allow us to remove or replace any updated or changed pages or files from your web site at our discretion.
A late charge of 5% will be assessed to payments not received by the due date and for each billing period (15 days) payment is overdue.
• If full payment is not received within 60 days, balance due and any incurred late charges will be turned over to collection.
• Levy Designs reserves the right to refuse service to any client that has had 3 or more late payments within a 12-month period.
